Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Edit and enhance images for use in marketing materials and social media.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to improve design skills and processes continuously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and previous work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
