Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Review and select raw footage, determine the sequence of the video, and incorporate music, graphics, and effects to enhance the final product.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all video projects, adhering to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to meet project deadlines and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new editing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and processes.
• Organize and archive video footage for easy retrieval and future use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and previous work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with color correction and sound design.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of camera operation and basic cinematography principles.
